Chinese Food: Noodles
China is known as one of the countries that has a huge number of populations. Also the country is known for being one of the few countries that are the last to open their trade and commercial expertise to other countries. But aside from all of that, China is also well-known around the world as the country with a diverse collection of Chinese food. And one of the more popular ones eaten not only by the locals but also by tourists is noodles.
Chinese people believe that the secret for long life is constantly eating noodles. This belief is already being practiced even before foreign settlers set foot to the country. This belief is passed onto generations and generations up until the point wherein Chinese people are spread across the globe. Because of this, Chinese people from other parts of the world are constantly developing ways on how to enjoy this famous Chinese food. Some are constantly concocting new kinds of sauces and dips that can be poured over noodles, either hot or cold. Others are looking for other ways on how to prepare new dishes with noodles as the main ingredients. Different spices are added and various meats are being sprinkled over the top of a steaming cup of noodles to make it delectable to diners. Fusions of different dishes from other countries like India, and noodles are also to be noted. Because of this, many people are able to enjoy the good taste of this famous Chinese food.
